Marc became Of Counsel to the firm beginning January 1, 2024 and has been serving clients and the firm on a limited basis since that date.

Marc W. Fisher, Jr. joined Levin & Gilley, LLC in August of 2005 and became a partner the following year, forming Levin Gilley & Fisher, LLC. His practice areas include Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, and Business Formations.

Prior to joining the firm, Marc served in the U.S. Marine Corps as an attorney (“judge advocate") and retired as a Colonel after more than 24 years of active service. He received his LL.M. from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School in Charlottesville, Virginia. He received his Juris Doctor from the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., and he earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Marc has been active in the community as a member of the Sea Island Rotary Club, where he served as President, and he is an active Rotary Reader at Beaufort Elementary School. He is also a past military member of the Vestry of the Parish Church of St. Helena and is a former Vice Chairman of the Preservation Trust for Historic St. Helena’s Church.

Marc and his wife, Valerie, have two adult children and enjoy spending time on the water with family and friends.
